Porterfield blends indie and rock vocal styles with harmonic and rhythmic elements from jazz, creating an organic sound. In a recent review of our debut album, Rome, it was said that we are "Difficult to categorize, easy to enjoy" (Take Effect Reviews). The outfit consists of electric guitar and vocals (Jacob Aviner), saxophone and FX (Jared Yee), MOOG bass (JP Goldman), and drumset (Raphael Lehnen).
